We collect what you send us through our forms: your name, email address, phone number, country, the service you are interested in and your message. If you apply for an internship we also collect your date of birth, address, education details, skills, LinkedIn and GitHub links, your answers to our questions and the CV you upload. When you submit a form we record your IP address and browser type so we can stop spam and abuse.
We use enquiries to reply to you and discuss your project, internship applications to assess you for the role, and newsletter sign-ups to send you our updates. We send a confirmation email when you contact us, apply or subscribe. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run the site: our web host, MongoDB for storing form submissions, Resend for sending email and Cloudinary for storing uploaded CVs and site images. They process data only on our behalf. We may also share information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of the business.
Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection and access to them is limited to our team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data. We keep enquiries and applications only as long as we need them for the purpose they were sent, and delete them on request.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@emporionsoft.com. You can also unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other websites. We store your cookie choice in your browser so we do not ask again. If we add anonymous usage measurement in future it will only run after you accept it in the cookie banner, and this policy will be updated first.
